¡Tenía razón Racing!

Subject

AFA moves to suspend Eduardo Forte from officiating

Description

Under pressure from Racing and its fans, and with evidence that Forte manipulated match reports, AFA suspends Forte for "damaging the moral interests of Racing Club" ("lesionar los intereses morales del Rácing Club). The image of Forte, a mug shot-type photograph where Forte is smirking, paints the referee as a nefarious figure. Moreover, the success in removing Forte only reinforces the idea that fans can demand justice and continue to hound officials that are perceived to be against a fan base's club.
