Title

O.Zubeldía: "Defenderé siempre a mis jugadores"

Subject

Estydiantes head coach comes to the defense of his players

Description

Sensing a witch hunt, Zubeldía defends his players and the accusations of savagery leveled from all directions. He returns fire by stating that coaches and players are not the only ones responsible for the escalation of violence on the field (referees, the amount of money at stake, pressures from club officials). Also included are more comments from the Italian press, one of which claimed that it was not a soccer match that was played in Buenos Aires but rather "una cacería de hombres" (a man-hunt).
