Coaches in Italy, including Helenio Herrera and Juan Carlos Lorenzo, have become larger celebrities (and figures) than their players. (Note: Primera Plana filled a readership gap left by Qué-a magazine of the "desarrollista" age. It was conceived by Jorge Antonio, a Peronist business leader who remained in Argentina in the 1960s and became a figure of the New Left.)
