In the image, a player kicks through a referee's chest and lops off his opponent's head with his soccer cleats. This is one of the earliest examples of such cartoons and shows that by 1915 player violence has become endemic to the sport. This issue of the magazine from 1915 is one of the earliest examples of a soccer-focused magazine publication in Argentina.
