Big reception by people at the airport. The article characterizes Montevideo and Buenos Aires as united in spirit upon receiving their players as heroes. The mass reception for the national team warranted extensive coverage, but the attention paid to the return of the national team undoubtedly perpetuated the sense of victimhood and injustice from Argentina's exit from the World Cup. Coach Lorenzo admits that the team played hard, but most teams at the World Cup played with low technical ability—Argentina was one of the few that exhibited both traits.
